Materials: SMC(Sheet Moulding Compound)a fibre-reinforcedmaterial. which consists primarily of thermoset resin, unsaturatedand continuous non-alkali glass fibres and calcium, poly-styrene asfillers.which is to save other non-renewable resources.

Application Temperature ScopeThe materials used to manufacture themanhole covers are important, that is why we only use qualitymaterials. The main material that contribute to the productapplication temperature is the non saturated polyester resin. Itbelongs to the thermosetting resin, the performance after itssolidification is as follows:Longitudinalstrength:250-600Mpa;Compressive strength:300-600Mpa;Stretchmodulus:25-35Gpa;Break elongation ratio:1.3-10.0%;Bendingstrength:700-1400Mpa;Curvingmodule:25-35Gpa;Poisson-ratio:0.35;Relativedensity:1.11-1.15;Water-absorptivity(24h):10-30mg;Volumeresistivity.1*(1012-1014)cmUnsaturated polyester resin for thereinforced plastics uses the most universal resin, generalapplication temperature in -40~80. If there is any special request,we may introduce a special function structure to cause itstemperature to be lower or higher. When the temperatureapproaches-40, resin brittleness will occur. When temperaturesurpasses 80 for a long period of time(special heat resistant resinto be an exception) has the possibility to become soft or degrades.Therefore, our products application temperature is in the principlescope of -40~80.
